This refined condiment is made from gently pressed white grapes. The sweet grape must is then mixed with high-quality white wine vinegar and aged in large French oak barrels. This process preserves the particularly fine fruity and floral aromas of the grapes.

The result is an exceptionally soft condiment with a perfect balance between mild acidity and sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus fruits.
